Ket Doan Association

On January 12, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti that estimates hundreds of thousands dead and missing! Ket Doan Association encourages everyone to make a donation to support the victims of this tragedy. Ket Doan will have a booth at the Eden Center on January 16-18 to raise money for the victims. In addition, we will match dollar for dollar total up to $750; your donation is tax-deductible.

Haiti Relief Effort (01/16/2010 - 01/23/2010) Within the last two weeks, Ket Doan has raised $4,070.25 to help with the relief effort in Haiti. Ket Doan adds another $929.75 from our Disaster Fund, which totals up to $5000 even. Thank you volunteers for standing at Eden Center for 3 days 1/16, 1/17 & 1/23 with donation boxes. Most importantly, thank you Donors for making this fund raising project a success. (Unicef Receipt) 100% of the fundraise was sent to UNICEF (website) to aid Haiti in the recovery process - but more significantly to help the Children as they are always the most vulnerable population in any natural disaster, and UNICEF is there for them. Please continue to support this effort as it is certainly not over yet!

	Ket Doan Reunion Dinner (11/12/2009) Thank you for support and generous donations. Ket Doan Reunion Dinner was a success. Ket Doan has raised $2,632.16!!! Half of the donation will go to Tam Luc Foundation to support its continuing efforts to bring positive changes to the neediest people in Vietnam and neighboring countries, and the other half will go to 'KD Disaster Relief Fund' which will be used upon future disasters.

	Ket Doan Reunion Diner (11/12/2009) Please come out to support and have fun with us on November 21st, 2009. There will be fashion show, group games and many other activities. 	Ketsana - A Call For Help (10/24/2009) Thank you for your contribution toward helping Ketsana's victims. Over the pass 4 weeks KetDoan has raised in the total of 1893.48 at Eden & online donations. We've written a check of $2,000 to Love Across The Ocean to support their ongoing effort of rebuilding the lives of those whom have lost everything. This effort wouldn't be possible without those who spent hours at Eden Center with donation boxes. THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS!!!
